Is Bliq on social media?

There are Bliq Driver pages or accounts on Facebook and YouTube. These display videos containing statistics and leaderboards from drivers using the app around the world since 2021.

How can I become a moderator on chat?

Maintaining a polite, safe and friendly environment is one of our priorities.

This is why the role of moderator is very important.


Here are the regular steps to becoming a moderator:

  1. write an email explaining your motivation and why you believe you would be a good moderator; (please include your username, real name and phone number);
  2. we will check your recent activity in Bliq, to ensure you are familiar with how the app works;
  3. if we decide to proceed, we will contact you personally to have a conversation;
  4. if the conversation goes well, you enter a trial period;
  5. we will regularly be in touch for updates and to understand what can be improved.

Only selected applicants will be contacted.

All moderators are still subject to the same community guidelines for the chat.

How do ranks work on chat?

Your rank on chat is directly influenced by your activity over the past 30 days.

The more trips you complete in Bliq - the higher your rank.


This is an objective reflection of how familiar you are with the app, how well you know the features and functionality.

So other drivers can quickly see if your advice and opinions are knowledgeable.

What are the rules of chat?

Maintaining a polite, safe and friendly environment is one of our priorities.

All drivers should feel welcome, appreciated and respected in this community.


Here are the best ways to ensure this, the Bliq community guidelines:

  • avoid insults, trolling and offensive statements in general;
  • do not engage in political or religious hate speech;
  • do not post content that is vulgar or might affect someone’s privacy
  • unverified advertisements to products, services or social media groups will be removed.

Repeatedly breaking the community guidelines might cause the loss of access to chat. (temporarily or permanently, depending on severity).

The app will remain completely functional otherwise at all times.


We look forward to many pleasant conversations, feedback and recommendations within the Bliq community.

Why doesn't my city have a chat?

In order to have meaningful interactions and conversations on chat, we only enable chats for the most active cities in Bliq, where there are many active drivers.


If you would like us to also enable chat for your city, the solution is simple:

Invite more drivers and grow the local community so you can enjoy all the features that Bliq has to offer.

What can I do on chat?


The chat offers several ways of interacting with the other drivers in Bliq:

  1. you can send texts, photos or audio messages;
  2. you can reply or react with emojis to a specific message (long tap on that message);
  3. you can delete your own messages (long tap on your message).
How can I contact the support teams of the platforms?

In order to contact the support teams for one of the platforms you are using, please open the classic app and follow the same process that you normally would.

We are happy to offer support for Bliq-related questions and suggestions.

However, if you need to adjust the price of the trip, make a complaint about a passenger, etc, it is necessary to contact the support teams of that classic platform.

Why does Bliq ask for these permissions?

While integrating all your platforms in a single app and enabling automation, the resource consumption dedicated to Bliq is significant.


It’s important to make sure that your device continues allowing access to these resources whenever you are Online on Bliq, in order to update your location and make sure you are getting the correct trips and the fair payment.

How can I integrate another app in Bliq?

If the app has recently started operating in your country and is already integrated in Bliq: we can quickly enable it.


If the app is not currently integrated in Bliq: please ask one of the app representatives to reach out to us and we will explore the best way to offer access to that platform directly in Bliq.

What do I gain by inviting other drivers?

The more drivers use Bliq in your city, the more features we can enable there and the more statistics you will have access to, as well as more interesting conversations on chat.


Invite other drivers, grow the local community so you can all work more easily and more informed.

My city or country is not on the list. Will Bliq work for me?

Bliq works worldwide, already in more than 40 countries.

As long as one of the platforms available in Bliq is also operating in your country, you can use Bliq to control that platform.


If your country or city is not yet on the list, please reach out to us via the in-app support and we will gladly consider adding it, depending on your local activity

How safe is it to use Bliq?

Tens of thousands of drivers have been using Bliq since January 2021, on 6 continents.

None of them have ever been blocked just for using Bliq, because you are still working on your same platforms in the background, getting your same requests, just like you would normally work.


The app is distributed by the official app stores, regularly checked with every update to make sure we comply with all safety and privacy requirements.

It’s important for you to continue working responsibly while using Bliq, same as you would in your classic platforms.

Closely monitor your activity score and rating, be polite with passengers, don’t use software like fake GPS or place fraudulent requests.

The same rules apply from your classic platforms. Make sure you follow those guidelines.

Will I get more trips? Or fewer?

Because you are still working on your same driver account, you will continue getting the same requests as you would in the classic apps.


However, because Bliq facilitates using multiple platforms on the same screen, it’s easier to increase the volume of overall requests by just using more apps than you normally would.

Same effort on your part, but significantly more demand thanks to Bliq.

Will my activity still count for bonuses and quests on my platforms?

Because you are still working on your same driver account, all your activity is still tracked as in the classic app.


Progress towards your incentives, bonuses, quests, etc is properly documented so you can remain eligible for those rewards, based on your activity

Will my acceptance and cancellation rate still update when using Bliq?

Because you are still working on your same driver account, all your activity is still tracked as in the classic app.


Missing, rejecting, accepting, cancelling, completing trips, everything is documented in your classic apps as well.

Depending on your country, some platforms might have minimum activity criteria in order for you to continue using that platform.

Please ensure you always follow the platform guidelines and work responsibly.

Where will I receive the money for the trips done through Bliq?

Because you are still working on your same driver account, all your activity is still tracked as in the classic app.


All payments are still handled by the platforms where you are active.

All funds arrive in the same account as they did so far.

How much does Bliq cost?

Bliq is currently free to use, so all drivers can try it without any commitment or obligations.

And each time you refer a friend, the local community becomes stronger so you can access more features and have a stronger vote for how we develop the app.


We are considering various monetization options and we will of course update the community if this is something that will ever affect drivers.

Who can use the Bliq app?

We’re currently focused on ridehailing in general (ridesharing, taxi and more non-conventional methods of transportation around the world).


Delivery is definitely something we are planning on integrating soon and we remain curious about other industries afterwards.

Where can I report an issue with the app?

Whenever you need help, you can contact us via:

  • the Support section in the “Me” tab;
  • by reporting an issue for a trip from your activity history in Bliq.


Reporting an issue from your activity history is the most effective method, since it’s the quickest way for us to identify the date, time and trip you are referring to.

How can I change my phone number in Bliq?

Changing your phone number is very simple:

  1. go to the “Me” tab;
  2. “Manage account”;
  3. “Change phone number”;
  4. write your new phone number.


⚠️

  • if you write the same number you are currently using,
  • or a number that has already been registered by another user,
  • you will receive an error message.

You must select a number that is not currently used by another driver.

How can I change the language for the interface?

Bliq is currently available in 10 languages.


If your phone is in one of these languages, the Bliq interface will automatically  be in this language as well:

  • Arabic;
  • German;
  • Spanish;
  • French;
  • Polish;
  • Portuguese;
  • Romanian;
  • Russian;
  • Ukrainian;
  • Turkish.


In all other cases, the interface for Bliq will be displayed in English

How do I set an app permanently Offline?

After connecting your apps, you can decide to set an app to Offline indefinitely.


To do this:

  1. tap on the small text next to the app;
  2. select “Stay Offline”;
  3. the next time you go Online on Bliq, that platform will remain Offline.
Where can I see my daily earnings?


You can check your main daily statistics anytime in the MULTI screen:

  • total earnings;
  • Online time;
  • total distance travelled (including driving to the passenger).


Click on that section to access the detailed view.

This section is under development regularly, so please always refer to your classic platforms for the most accurate view of your earnings and activity.

What will I see on the Bliq maps?


The Bliq map has multiple view modes, covering various information:

  • estimated dynamic price values for each platform;
  • requests seen in Bliq in each area of the city in the last hour;
  • crowded areas (where there are many drivers using Bliq);
  • airport schedule for arrivals.

Some of these modes might only become available when you reach a certain activity volume on Bliq or when there are enough active drivers in your city.


Invite more drivers and grow the local community so you can enjoy all the features that Bliq has to offer.

I can’t login / I forgot my password

The simplest way to login to Bliq is by using your phone number.

  1. input your phone number;
  2. confirm the code from the SMS;
  3. you’re all set.


In order to connect your platforms to Bliq:

  • ensure you are using the correct credentials (same ones as you use in the classic driver app);
  • follow the standard login process for that platform;
  • make sure you have access to the correct phone number or email address when the platforms send you a verification code.

If you have forgotten your password for that platform:

  1. open the classic app;
  2. follow the standard steps for resetting your password;
  3. they will then typically send you an option via email or SMS to create a new password.
How can I contact the passenger?

Your options to contact the passenger may vary based on each platform:

  • Chat (for the platforms that offer this contact option);
  • Regular phone calls (for some platforms, you can only call the passenger while using the same number that you registered for that platform).

In-app calling is one of the priorities on our list of features to be developed.

We will introduce this as soon as technically possible.

How can I change the navigation app?

The first time you accept any trip and tap the “Navigate” button, you will be asked to select between one of the navigation methods that we support.

That will become your default navigation method for future trips.


Whenever you are in a trip, you can switch between the navigation methods by tapping on the 3 little dots on the right side of the “Navigate” button.

How can I change my car / service types?

To change your car / service types / other platform preferences:

  1. switch Offline at the top and go to the MULTI tab;
  2. tap the Settings symbol next to that platform;
  3. make your adjustments.
Why do I get 2 requests at the same time?

When using multiple platforms at once during peak times, it’s common to get requests on 2 or more platforms at the same time.


It’s enough to accept a request on one platform and we will switch the other platforms Offline as soon as possible.

What happens with the other platforms after I accept a trip?

As soon as you accept a trip from one platform, the other platforms automatically switch Offline (as soon as possible).


Immediately after ending that trip, if you have not accepted another trip on the same platform in the meantime, the other platforms automatically switch Online (as soon as possible).

If you are looking at 2 requests at the same time:

  • accept the one that you like and we will switch the other app Offline after the request disappears;
  • or accept them both and cancel one of them afterwards (caution: please make sure you work responsibly and follow the guidelines of each platform regarding your activity score or cancellation rate).
How does automation work?


Bliq automation helps you work easier and safer.

Based on your preferences, we can automatically accept the best requests or reject other requests.


Basic example (we recommend to begin with a single factor):

  • you want to automatically accept all requests with pickup closer than 2 km;
  • and automatically reject all trips with pickup farther than 5 km.

Potential cases:

  • a request appears, pickup 6 km → we automatically reject it;
  • another request appears, pickup 1 km → we automatically accept it;
  • another request appears, pickup 3 km → we ask you decide manually, because it does not match any of your preferences.


Advanced settings (multiple preferences must be met at the same time):

  • accept all trips within 3 km and dynamic price value at least 2x;
  • reject all trips farther than 5 km and dynamic price value lower than 1.5x.

Potential cases:

  • a request appears at 2 km and 1.8x → manual decision (does not match any of your dynamic price preferences);
  • another request appears at 4 km and 1.2x → manual decision (outside of your distance preferences);
  • request with 6 km and 1.1x → automatically rejected;
  • request with 2 km and 2x → automatically accepted.


⚠️

In order for automation to work (accept or reject a trip automatically),

all your preferences for accept or reject must be met at the same time.

How does Bliq work?


Bliq is designed to help drivers work easier, safer and make better decision.


The simple way of using it:


  1. connect your platforms;( see the video)
  2. switch Online at the top of the screen;
  3. see all your requests from all your platforms at the same time;
  4. access additional information, depending on your country and platforms;
  5. when you accept a request on one platform, we’ll switch the other apps Online / Offline automatically.


Additional options:

  • enable automation to accept / reject trips trips based on your preferences;
  • check the map for dynamic prices and crowded areas in your city;
  • leave some platforms Offline, so you can focus on certain quests or bonuses;
  • check if you received the fair price for a trip using our Fare Checker.


We keep adding to the list and improving the app, based on the feedback from the driver community.


The more drivers use Bliq in your city / country, the higher you will be in our list of priorities, so refer other drivers and grow the local community to enjoy the best experience on Bliq.

What are the benefits of using Bliq?

Each driver uses Bliq for various reasons.

Here are the most popular ones:



1) Drive more safely.

Instead of juggling multiple devices or screens, you can do everything in Bliq.

So you will be able to focus on driving safely, keeping your eyes on the road.

Even switching Online / Offline is done automatically.

2) Improved earnings.

Thanks to access to additional information compared to the classic apps, you can make better decisions, work smarter and more profitably.

This means more time for your family, friends or passions.

3) Automate your decisions.

By enabling automation, you take away the guesswork and can act more quickly.

It’s especially useful for those cases when apps send the same request to multiple drivers at once. Tell us when to accept or reject a trip and we’ll follow your guidelines.

Do I need to keep my classic apps open while using Bliq?

For most platforms: as soon as you connect them to Bliq, they will automatically disconnect from the classic app and vice-versa.

There are some exceptions, but it’s always a good idea to close the classic apps even if you are able to stay connected to both at the same time.


You are still working on the same platform in the background, so you don’t need to keep the classic apps open as well.

Everything happens on Bliq under normal circumstances.

Is the app built for ridesharing or taxi drivers?

Bliq was designed for drivers in general, ridesharing and taxi. If you’re working with one of the platforms on our list, you can get their trips directly in Bliq, with a few extra perks.

How do I connect my driver accounts?

Go to the MULTI tab. Tap “Add apps” or just try to switch Online from the top. You’ll see a list of available apps. Try to connect an app. You’ll need to input your credentials (email / username / phone / password, depending on the specs of each app).

Once you’ve connected all your apps, switch Online and you’ll start seeing offers. You’ll always need at least one app to switch Online.
